Processing time is typically within 4-5 business days after payment is received. However, processing times may vary based on current demand and I'll be happy to give a best estimate at the time of order. If you need a rush order, please include that in your order inquiry and I'll be happy to review options with you. For any order inquiry, please be sure to include the date you need your product by, what items you would like to order, and how many you will need. Additionally, please provide a zip code or shipping address so that I can provide you with a realistic processing time and shipping time & cost. I will do my best to fill a rush order whenever possible.
Local Order - Free Delivery Available (Northern Oakland County, Michigan, United States):
I am happy to delivery most orders above $35 locally free of charge. If you live in Northern Oakland County, MI, or close by, please include your zip code and cross-roads in your inquiry and I'll be happy to confirm delivery options and cost if applicable.
Shipping Options:
Items can be shipped anywhere in the United States via USPS or UPS. Note that all shipments will be insured and have a tracking number. Other options such as signature confirmation may also be added upon request. The shipping cost will be my "actual cost", meaning the delivery charges I owe to the carrier and the packing materials required to safely get your items to you without any added fees. If you request a shipping quote, I will provide the least expensive ground shipping option (USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground) by default. Please advise if you would like me to quote a faster option as well.
Order Pick-up
As the business is run out of my home, I cannot offer order pick up at this time. However, if Delivery or Shipping as outlined above does not meet your needs, I'll be to work with you to come up with a satisfactory solution.

All items sold are for personal use. They may not be sold for personal gain or profit as this may violate copywrites or trademarks. I do not claim ownership of any characters and all copywrite and trademarks belong to their respective owners/brands and are not being sold. What you are paying for is the time to personalize or customize your item.
Cancellations:
Due to the custom nature of my craft products, I can only accept order cancellations after 24 hours of payment received. Please note: Rush orders are final at the time of payment received so I may process them in a timely manner.
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds:
Due to the custom nature of my craft products, I cannot accept returns or exchanges or offer any refunds once the cancellation period specified above has expired. Please note that my products are carefully crafted and uniquely made for you, and minor variations between same items are to be expected. However, customer Satisfaction is my number one priority - Should you not be 100% satisfied after receiving your custom craft product(s), please contact me within 72 hours and I will happily work with you to try and resolve any issues. Thank you for your business.
